A boy named X

Reporters covering Donald Trump’s executive decisions from the Oval Office have found an unexpected visitor: A little four-year old boy by the name of X.

Born in the spotlight

The little kid stealing the spotlight in the White House is none other than X Æ A-12 Musk, the first of the three children Elon Musk had with the musician Grimes.

Trump says he is a smart little boy

“This is X, and he's a great guy. High IQ,” Trump said, as quoted by ABC News. The US President chuckled and called the four-year-old a “high-IQ individual”.

Horsing around at the White House

“Sorry for this”, Musk said, laughing, while horsing around with his son. “Otherwise, I might enjoy this, but as he's sticking his fingers in my ears”.

The Young Mr. Musk

British newspaper The Independent writes that the little X Musk was seen mimicking his father’s mannerism, picking his nose, and getting all the attention. However, this isn’t the first time he has been seen around.

Taking Nepo Baby to a whole new level

According to ABC News, Elon Musk’s eighth child (out of 12) has been spotted going with his father to public events, such as election night, where little X was part of the Trump family photo.

JFK Jr. comparisons

Images of the young Musk playing in the Oval Office, leaning on the Resolute desk, brought comparison to the iconic picture of JFK Jr. playing on the desk while his father worked.

Named after a plane

X Æ A-12 Musk made headlines back when he was born in 2020, due to his unusual name. Apparently, he’s named after Elon Musk’s favorite plane, the Lockheed A-12.

Family court

Back in 2024, Musk and his on-and-off partner Grimes went to trial over the custody of the three children they share together. Business Insider highlights that the custody battle was filed as closed by the court, without providing further details of the resolution.

Not everyone is a fan

Meanwhile, The Independent informs that not everyone was thrilled seeing Elon Musk’s four-year-old boy wiping his boogers all over the presidential desk, derailing the press conference.

A little distraction?

Is Elon Musk using his son as a distraction to what his Department of Government Efficiency is doing to the United States? Only a twisted mind would think like that.
